Being one of the founding members of ISCCM carries deep personal significance for Dr Satish Deopujari within the realm of critical care medicine. Dr Vilas Tambe assumed the inaugural presidency, while Dr Deopujari had the honour of becoming the second president. Over the course of 26 years, the organisation has witnessed impressive growth, with Nagpur notably taking a prominent role in its advancement. Credit is due to the dedicated young ICCM team, particularly Dr. Imran, Dr. Shahnawaz, and Dr. Utkarsha.
